This petition has been filed for a direction, directing the Respondnet No. 2 to pass an order for renovation, reconstruction and to perform the consecration ceremony of Sri Karuppanna Swamy, Sri peiryasamy, Sri oorsuthiyan Swamy, Sri Madhura kaaliamman Temple at Sathur Village, Alathur Taluk, peramablur Distrct based on the representation dated 28.01.2026. 3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is a resident of Sathanur Village, the subject temple was taken over by the HR&CE Department which is responsible for administering the temple and conducting festivals. It is the grievance of the petitioner that renovation, reconstruction and to perform the consecration ceremony of Sri Karuppanna Swamy, Sri peiryasamy, Sri oorsuthiyan Swamy, Sri Madhura kaaliamman Temple at petitioners village is not conducted. Hence, the petitioner submitted a representation on 28.01.2026 which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition. 4. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. 5.
