JUSTICE M.I.ARUN ORAL ORDER The writ petition is filed with a prayer to direct respondents to pay a sum of Rs.4,92,50,000/-. The said amount is demanded on the ground that services of the petitioner was availed by respondents. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents upon instruction submits that, all the amounts due to the petitioner has been paid and no further amount is required to be paid to the petitioner. It is submitted that sum of Rs.3,92,00,000/- - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:15884 WP No. 4328 of 2024 has been paid to the petitioner on 25.02.2026, which is subsequent to filing of the writ petition. 3. As there is a disputed question of fact as to the amount due to the petitioner, this Court in exercise of its powers under Article 226 of Constitution of India cannot decide the same. If petitioner has any claim over the respondents, it will have to approach the Civil Court in a manner known to law. For aforementioned reasons, the writ petition stands dismissed.
