Borthakur, learned counsel for the applicants submits that there is a delay of 61 days in filing the appeal against the conviction of the applicants- appellants under Section 6 of the POCSO Act. Mr. R.R. Kaushik, learned Addl. P.P. submits that he has got no objection to the delay being condoned. Accordingly, the delay of 61 days is condoned.
