Deuri, the learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. N Sharma, the learned counsel for the respondents. This interlocutory application has been filed for correction of the typographical inadvertent mistake while passing the order in judgment & order dated 28.02.2025 in Criminal Petition No. 1132/2018. It is submitted by Mr. Bhardwaj that inadvertently in paragraph nos. 19 & 21 of the said judgment the no. of the Complaint Case has been mentioned as C.R. Case No. 3204/2017 instead of Complaint Case No. 4683C/2017. Accordingly, he submitted that correction is required for the order passed in Criminal Petition No. 1132/2018. Mr. Sharma, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents raised no objection. Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the correction will be made in paragraph nos. 19 & 21 by inserting correct Complaint Case No. 4683C/2017 instead of C.R. Case No. 3204/2017. This order shall be treated as a part of the judgment & order dated 28.02.2025 passed in Criminal Petition No. 1132/2018.
