The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the overtime allowance to which the petitioner is entitled to for performing overtime duties w.e.f. 01.03.2019 to 31.01.2025 as stands determined in terms of the information provided to the petitioner under Right to Information Act, vide Annexure P- 1, dated 12.02.2026 to the tune of Rs.92,767/- is not being released to the petitioner without any plausible reason. 3. In light of the fact that Annexure P-1 which is a communication addressed by the respondent-Corporation to the petitioner under the Right to Information Act reveals that the petitioner is entitled to Rs.92,767/- as overtime allowance, this petition is disposed of with the direction that let this amount be released in favour of the petitioner on or before 30.06.2026. In case, the amount is paid on or before the said date, then, it will not entail any interest, but if the amount is not released in favour of the petitioner within the time granted by the Court, then, it will entail interest @6% from the date of this judgment. 4.
