Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have complied with the order of this Court in W.P.No. 16298 of 2019 dated 29.01.2025 by issuing proceedings dated 02.07.2026 and have paid the interest on delayed period for pension and family pension arrears. 3. Learned Additional Advocate General has placed before this Court, a copy of the proceedings dated 02.07.2026. 4. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondents have now complied with the order of this Court dated 29.01.2025 though with a delay, this Court is of the view that there is no necessity to proceed further.
