Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent and carefully perused the materials available on record and this Court also carefully went through the order passed by the Court below. 3. In the considered view of this Court, the present CRP is not maintainable since the petitioners have a right to file an appeal under Section 29 of the Domestic Violence Act. In view of the same, Registry is directed to return back the original order in order to enable the petitioner to file to file an appeal before the District Court and work out their remedy. The appeal shall be filed by the petitioner on or before 28.08.2026. 4.
