Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) :- “10.1)That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased issue a writ/writs, direction/directions, order to respondents to grant benefit of time pay scale and all the benefits which the petitioner is entitled within period of one month in the interest of justice. 10.2) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief (s), which is deemed fit and proper in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case” 2. At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner after her reinstatement has submitted an application before the BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN Digitally signed by BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN 2 respondent No.3/Tahsildar for grant of increment and other benefits for which she is entitled, however, it was not decided, thereafter, petitioner submitted representation before the Collector, Ambikapur upon which Collector vide letter dated 10.09.2025 directed respondent No.3/Tahsildar to consider the claim of petitioner and to make payment after fixation of pay in accordance with law. The representation submitted by petitioner as also the letter written by Collector on 10.09.2025 is not considered and no decision has been taken by respondent No.3/Tahsildar. Therefore, direction be issued to respondent No.3 to consider and take decision on the claim of petitioner at the earliest. 3. Learned State counsel submits that he is having no objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner. 4. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for respective parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to consider the claim of petitioner taking note of the letter written by the Collector dated 10.09.2025 in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within further period of two months from the date of receipt of order. 5.
