Both these applications are filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for granting bail to the petitioner in respect of Udalguri P.S. Case No.114/2025. 3. The amount of narcotic drug recovered is of commercial quantity. 4. At least 3 (three) prosecution witness shall be examined in this case and after that the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court again for seeking bail. 5.
