Alim, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. M. P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. Both these applications are filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for granting bail to the petitioner in respect of Udalguri P.S. Case No.114/2025. 3. The amount of narcotic drug recovered is of commercial quantity. 4. At least 3 (three) prosecution witness shall be examined in this case and after that the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court again for seeking bail. 5.
