Pursuant to the order passed by this Court granting bail to the petitioner on 03.07.2026, the petitioner executed the sureties on 09.07.2026 and he was released from judicial custody on 10.07.2026. Subsequently, owing to severe health complications, the petitioner was admitted to Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital on 12.07.2026, where he underwent Hernia surgery and was discharged from the hospital on 22.07.2026. Due to his post operative recovery, the petitioner is unable to walk and therefore, he could not appear before the respondent police to comply the condition imposed by this Court. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is ready to appear before the respondent police from the first week of September. Hence, he seeks to modify the condition. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police strongly objected the application and submits that the petitioner has not been complying the conditions imposed by this Court. 5. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 15891 of 2026 dated 03.07.2026. Accordingly, the condition that “the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30am until further orders” is modified to the effect that “the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30am commencing from 02.09.2026 until further orders”.
