[2] This present application has been filed under Chapter VIII Rules P of High Court of Rules, 2023 seeking leave of this Hon’ble Court to intervene and be impleaded as petitioner No. 2 in W.P. (C) No. 693 of 2025. [3] This Court is of the view that it is a separate cause of action with regard to the implead petitioner and accordingly, the implead petitioner needs to file a separate writ petition.
