2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police strongly objected the application, however fairly conceded that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.18447 of 2026 dated 15.07.2026. Accordingly, the condition that
“the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily morning at 10.30 a.m. and evening at 5.30 p.m., until further orders” is modified to the effect that
“the petitioner to report before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders”. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.
