The petitioner is the holder of P.St.P.No. 96/05- 06 for the route Bajasalepur to Burdwan via Saktigarh which remains valid till 16.11.2025 and the same has been renewed time to time. 2. The petitioner in the instant case made an application dated 26.04.2025 regarding the renewal of the permanent permit for the route Bajasalepur to Burdwan via Saktigarh, G.T.Road as local service with five up and down but the same remains pending for consideration. 3. The State respondent fairly takes a stand for consideration of the said representation. 4. After careful consideration of the case, I am of the considered view that the respondent no. 3 shall peremptorily consider the application dated 26.11.2025 within a period of 8 weeks from the 2 date of communication of the said order and shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law upon affording opportunity of hearing to all the parties and the interested parties if any and communicate such decision within a week thereafter. 5. The writ petitioner being WPA 341 of 2026 is disposed of without taking an exception to the merit of the case. (Smita Das De, J.)
