The petitioner has approached this Court that despite an award was passed on 31.08.2024, till date it has not been executed and amount determined has not been recovered from contesting respondents - 4 and 5 despite Labour Court has communicated about said order to District Magistrate, Alipur, North Delhi, Delhi. 3. In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that Additional Commissioner (Labour), Ghaziabad shall take necessary steps for executing award and for that a report can be called from concerned District Magistrate and for that, petitioner is at liberty to submit a representation/application along with relevant documents.
