HCP No. 1317 of 2026 __________ 3.Since the parties had expressed that there is a possibility of a settlement, we referred the petitioner and the fifth respondent to the Mediation Centre attached to this Court. 4.All the parties are present before us today. 5.It appears that pursuant to the mediation, the parties have arrived at a settlement. The parties have agreed that the petitioner shall have the custody of the minor child and the fifth respondent shall have visitation rights. The child is now in the custody of the petitioner.
6.The mediation report and the settlement agreement entered into between the parties is taken on record. 7.Hence, nothing remains for adjudication and the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
