This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking production of husband of the petitioner viz., Mr.P.Manivel, S/o. Ponnusamy, aged about 52 years before this Court. 2. Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that FIR has been registered in Crime No.250 of 2026 for man missing, the whereabouts of the detenu is not known and the investigation is still in progress. The learned Government Advocate would further submit that the detenu might have left the house due to matrimonial dispute. 3. Let the investigation be continued in this regard and if the respondent police is able to find the detenu, he shall be produced before the concerned Judicial Magistrate. As the investigation so far reveals that there is no illegal detention, no further orders are required for this petition. 4. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. (N.S.K.,J.)
