The District Education Officer (Headquarter), Elementary, Education, Rajsamand. ----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Ram Pratap Saini with Mr. Aamir Khan For Respondent(s) : Mr. Gopal Krishan Sharma, A.G.C. HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAVI CHIRANIA Order 16/04/2026 The petitioner has filed the instant writ petition challenging the impugned order dated 12.03.2026 by which the result of the petitioner dated 29.08.2025 and order dated 07.10.2025 were withdrawn, and the appointment of the petitioner was cancelled. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed to the post of Teacher Grade-III and, thereafter, by the impugned order dated 12.03.2026, he was removed form the services. [2026:RJ-JP:16051] (2 of 2) [CW-6761/2026] This Court heard learned counsel for the petitioner and fails to find any justification in the entire petition including the grounds mentioned as to why the Annexure-7 dated 12.03.2026 is illegal, arbitrary and unreasonable in law. In the absence of any specific ground raised in regard to the challenge and illegality of the impugned order, this Court finds no merit in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. (RAVI CHIRANIA),J Dushyant/17
