Considering the grievance expressed by the petitioner and considering the fact that the appeal has been pending from the year 2025, there shall be a direction to the Sub Court, Perambalur, to dispose of A.S.No.26 of 2025 within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
