Mr. Lao submits, that they have verified the medical records of the child; and it is found that the petitioner’s child is in a bad medical condition, and is stated to be on ventilator support. In view of the above, the petitioner is granted parole for a period of 04 weeks from today on the same conditions as were imposed vidé order dated 20.04.2026. The Registry is directed to communicate a copy of this order to the concerned Jail Superintendent forthwith. The petition is disposed-of in the above terms.
