Mr. Chitrarth Kandpal, learned Brief Holder, for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. In the High Court of Uttarakhand, the present case arises from Bail Application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking regular bail for the Applicant – Akshay Kumar, who has been accused in FIR No.243 of 2026, under Sections 109, 190, 191 (2), 191 (3), 332(A), 351 (2) and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, at Police Station Kotwali Laksar, District Haridwar. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant submits that the Applicant has been falsely implicated in the present matter. The Applicant has been languishing in jail since 20.03.2026 and the Applicant is not previously convicted. 5. It is also contended by the learned counsel for the Applicant that the co-accused, namely, Vishal @ Bishu, has been granted interim bail by this Court vide order dated 17.04.2026 and submits that it is a case of parity. 6. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the Applicant has made out a case for bail. 7. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. It is directed that the Applicant - Akshay Kumar, who has been accused in FIR No.243 of 2026, under Sections 109, 190, 191 (2), 191 (3), 332(A), 351 (2) and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, at Police Station Kotwali Laksar, District Haridwar, be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond with two reliable sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned court.
