The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following relief:- “i) Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of certiorari to quashing the impugned order dated 17.04.2026 in league with amended order dated 25.04.2026 (contained as Annexure No.9 & 10 respectively) passed by respondent no.5. From Page No.30 to 37.” 2. A preliminary objection has been raised by the learned State counsel as well as the learned counsel for respondent nos. 7 & 8 that, against the order impugned, petitioner has a statutory remedy of filing an appeal before the Cooperative Tribunal under Section 98(1)(h) read with Section 98(2)(c) of the Uttarakhand Cooperative Societies Act, 2003. 3. This Court finds substance in the preliminary objection raised by the respondents, as the statutory remedy is apparently available to the petitioner. Thus, 2026:UHC:4236 2 there is no scope for interference, and the writ petition is dismissed in-limine. 4. However, petitioner may approach the statutory appellate tribunal. 5.
