The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Godda (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 86 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109, 118(1), 352, 351(2), 76, 126(2) and 127(2) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there are case and counter case between the parties and the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that two of the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No.5619 of 2025. He also submits that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para 14 of the petition. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that there is serious allegation of assault and even outraging the modesty of one of the lady. 5. Looking into the contents of the FIR, it transpires that allegations are there against Mukesh Jha @ Mukesh Kumar Jha of assault, however, it has come in the order of learned Sessions Judge that CT-Scan report of the face of the injured is also available on record which shows post traumatic soft tissue is swelling in nasal region and no bone injury is there and it is normal and so far the petitioner is concerned, there are general and omnibus allegation against him and even outraging modesty allegation is there against 2026:JHHC:10685 one Amit Jha. In the attending facts and circumstances of this case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda in connection with Godda(M) P.S. Case No.86 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Anit Uploaded 17.04.2026
