Since no adverse orders are being passed in this writ petition, notice to respondents 3 to 6 is dispensed with. 3. The petitioner had submitted representations to the first respondent on 28.11.2025 and 02.12.2025 requesting to stop the construction of Arch, which are yet to be acted upon. Accordingly, the first respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner in accordance with law and pass a reasoned and speaking order, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, after affording opportunities of hearing to the petitioner as well as respondents 3 to 6. If any illegal construction has been made, the same shall also be acted upon in accordance with law. 5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
