Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance of the petitioners is that although the petitioners have
[2026:RJ-JP:10443] (2 of 2) [CW-4631/2026] been regularly working on the post of driver in Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation, however, salary has been withheld since November, 2025 without passing any order to this effect.

Learned counsel further submits that the controversy was earlier considered by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court at Principal Seat, Jodhpur in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.2387/2026 (Mohammad Ekrar Vs. The Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation & Ors.) decided on 11.02.2026.
Learned counsel submits that petitioners may also be given liberty to make a representation in the light of order dated 11.02.2026 passed in the case of Mohammad Ekrar (supra).

In view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to make a representation before the respondent No.2, who shall consider and decide the representation by a speaking order within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of representation order along with a certified copy of this order.
4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
