2. Mr. Deepak Bisht, learned DAG, for the State of Uttarakhand.

In the High Court of Uttarakhand, the present case arises from Bail Application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking regular bail for the Applicant – Pramod Kumar Kashyap, who has been accused in FIR No.83 of 2026, dated 20.02.2026 under Sections 8, 22 and 60 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at Police Station Pathri, District Haridwar.
4. This is the second bail application of the Applicant. The first bail application is dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 08.04.2026.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant submits that the Applicant has been falsely implicated in the present matter. He further submits that the Applicant is not previously convict and the Applicant has been languishing in jail since 20.02.2026.
6. Learned State Counsel has vehemently opposed the bail application of the Applicant.
7. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the Applicant has made out a case for bail.
8. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. It is directed that the Applicant - Pramod Kumar Kashyap, who has been accused in FIR No.83 of 2026, dated 20.02.2026 under Sections 8, 22 and 60 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at Police Station Pathri, District Haridwar, be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond with two reliable sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned court. The Applicant shall cooperate with the trial proceedings and shall not misuse the liberty granted to him.
