Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 325 days and the complainant came with a group but somehow the petitioner was foisted with the present criminal case. The case has already been committed to the Court of Sessions as submitted by the learned advocate for the State. Having regard to the nature of injury, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage. Petitioner shall renew his prayer for bail after the evidence of injured witnesses are over. Learned trial Court is defected to overcome the stage of consideration of charges within a period of 15 days from the date of
2 communication of this Court and thereafter fix date for examination for the injured witnesses. Accordingly, CRM (M) 2000 of 2025 is dismissed.
