According to the petitioners, repeated adjournments have been given and therefore, there is an inordinate delay in the disposal of the suit. 3. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the trial Court to dispose of the suit within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.
