Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the basic grievance of the petitioners is that in terms of Annexure P-2 only notional benefits stand conferred upon the petitioners, whereas, they are entitled to actual benefits as from the date when they stand regularized. 2. In light of the fact that there is no challenge to Annexure P-2, in terms whereof notional benefits stand conferred upon the petitioners, on the request of learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners are allowed to 2 withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause. 3.
