Petitioner is serving as Peon (Class-IV) at Government Senior Secondary School, Kalhel, Tehsil Churah, District Chamba, H.P. stated to be hard/tribal area. His case is that on completion of requisite tenure, he preferred a representation (Annexure P-2) to respondents No. 2 & 3 which has also been forwarded to respondent No.3 by Principal of concerned school on 24.11.2025. Petitioner’s grievance is that till date, the respondent No.3/ 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 Competent Authority has not considered and decided the petitioner’s representation. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be content in case the respondents/competent authority(s) are directed to consider and decide the aforesaid representation in accordance with law within a fixed-time schedule. Learned Additional Advocate General is not averse to this prayer. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.3/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-2) in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy, within a period of four weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
