This application has been filed praying for correction/modification of the order dated 11.05.2026 passed by this Court in Criminal Revision Petition No. 247/2026. In the order aforesaid, it was mentioned that till returnable date, the Judgment and Order dated 26.03.2026, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bilasipara, Dhubri in Criminal Appeal No. 03/2025 shall remain stayed. Today, Mr. Goswami has prayed before this Court that the order dated 05.05.2025 passed in CR Case No. 39/2021 by the learned SDJM (M), Bilasipara, Dhubri shall also required to be stayed. I have considered the submission submitted by Mr. Goswami. Considering entire aspect of the matter, prayer of Mr. Goswami is granted. Accordingly, the order dated 11.05.2026 passed by this Court in Criminal Revision Petition No. 247/2026 is modified as under: “Till returnable date, the Judgment and Order dated 26.03.2026, passed by the Page No.# 3/3 learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bilasipara, Dhubri in Criminal Appeal No. 03/2025 and the order dated 05.05.2025 passed in CR Case No. 39/2021 by the learned SDJM (M), Bilasipara, Dhubri shall remain stayed”.
