It is submitted that the suit before the trial Court is a matrimonial suit. 4. It appears that the suit is pending since 2019 for about six years. 5. Considering the nature of relief prayed for, service is dispensed with. 6. Civil revision is disposed of with the direction that the trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the suit expeditiously preferably within six months from the date of this order. 7.
