Leave to correct the cause title is granted. 2. The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of Matrimonial Suit No. 242 of 2019, pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court, Hooghly at Chinsurah. 3. It is submitted that the suit before the trial Court is a matrimonial suit. 4. It appears that the suit is pending since 2019 for about six years. 5. Considering the nature of relief prayed for, service is dispensed with. 6. Civil revision is disposed of with the direction that the trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the suit expeditiously preferably within six months from the date of this order. 7. Connected application, if any, stands disposed of. 8. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 9.
