By the present application, the Applicant seeks condonation of delay of 6 days in filing present revision application challenging the Judgement and order dated 3.6.2025 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-3 in Criminal Appeal No. 117/2022. 3. The reasons stated by the Applicant have been duly explained, and sufficient cause has been shown for condonation of the delay. Accordingly, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads as under: "That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the 6 days 3rd September, 2026 2026:BHC-GOA:1784 9 CRMA 155 2026 delay in preferring the Revision against Judgment and Order dated 03.0 6.2O25, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge in Criminal Appeal No. 117/2022, Under Section 29 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act in Criminal Case No. OA/1759/DVA/2014/D by Judicial Magistrate, First Class "D" Court at Mapusa." 4.
