Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 17.11.2025 in connection with Ranga P.S. Case No. 163 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 4 of POCSO Act in connection with POCSO Case No. 06 of 2026 arising out of Ranga P.S. Case No. 163 of 2025, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, (POCSO Act), Sahibganj. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is falsely implicated in this case and in custody since 17.11.2025. He has submitted that there is a delay of 5 days in filing the complaint case. 4. Learned counsel for the opposite party-State has opposed the prayer and has submitted that from the impugned order itself the minor victim aged 13 years had supported the allegation under sections 180 and 183 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the direct allegations against the petitioner, supported by the statement made by the victim under sections 180 and 183 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail.
