The Principal District Cum Special Judge, Cuddalore. ..Respondent(s) Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to direct the respondents to regularise the service of the petitioners in the post of examiner from the date of initial appointment as Typist / Examiner and consequently absorb the petitioners as Junior Assistant pursuant to G.O.Ms. No.535, Home (Courts -V) Department dated 24/09/2024 and lace them in the appropriate place in the seniority list of Junior Assistant and grant them all consequential service and monetary benefits and grant such other further relief as this Honorable Court may deem fit in the circumstances arising out of the case. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the issue involves larger repercussion, since many number of employees in the same cadre are in service across the State of Tamilnadu. Therefore, the issues are to be considered by the High Court with reference to the rules as well as the High Court proceedings.
However, at this juncture, it is not desirable for this Court to consider the direction as such sought for and the same cannot be granted. However, we request the Hon'ble High Court to decide the issues as expeditiously as possible on merits and in accordance with law. 4. With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. W.MP.20185/2025 is ordered on payment of separate court fee. (S.M.S.,J.)
