JUSTICE A.GUNESHWAR SHARMA 8.7.2026 Heard Mr.Ajmal Hussain, learned counsel along with Ms.Roja, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr.Priyokumar Sharma, learned counsel for State respondent. By the present application, applicant approached this Court for allowing to file Cril Rev Petition against order dated 6.7.2026 passed by the Fast Track Special Court No.2, Manipur in Cril Misc Case No.02 of 2026. It is submitted that certified copy was not ready at the time of filing of the accompanying Cril Rev Petition and hence the present application for exemption from filing Cril Petition without certified copy of the impugned order dated 6.7.2026. However, it is submitted that now the certified copy is ready and is filing the same with the Registry. In the circumstance, the accompanying Cril Rev Petition be listed before the appropriate Bench. Mr.Ajmal Hussain, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the matter is fixed for hearing on 10.7.2026 and this Court will be opened after vacation i.e. on 13.7.2026 and there is no further sitting between today and 13.7.2026. Mr.A.Priyokumar Sharma, learned counsel for State submits that this Court may pass any appropriate order. If the matter is heard on 10.7.2026 the purpose of filing the Cril Revision Petition against the impugned order dated 6.7.2026 will be frustrated and it is submitted that applicant maybe permitted to mention before the Special Judge about pendency of this case before this Court. Prayer is allowed. MC (Cril Rev P) No.18 of 2026 is disposed of. The applicant or his/her counsel may apprise the learned Spl Judge, about pendency of the Cril Rev Petition before this Court challenging the order dated 6.7.2026 and if the prayer is made the same shall be considered. Registry is directed to register the accompanying Cril Rev Petition if the same is in order. List before the Roster Bench.
