Case No. 283 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. No.2509 of 2023 for the offence registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi, is pressed into motion. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that the offence under Arms Act will not be made out against the petitioner as one pistol was seized in the raid conducted in the house of co-accused Vivek Kumar and he has been implicated in this case only on the basis of his confessional statement. Learned A.P.P. opposed the bail petition. Under the circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
