Page 1 of 1. IN THE HIGH COURT OF ORISSA AT CUTTACK W.P.(C) No.6126 of 2026 Sukanti Badhei ..... Petitioner Represented by Adv. 3 Mr. Krishna Chandra Sahu -versus- State of Odisha and others ..... Opposite Parties Represented by Adv. 3 Mr. S.K. Parhi, ASC CORAM: THE HON9BLE MR. JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR MOHAPATRA ORDER 08.04.2026 Order No. I.A. No.5751 of 2026 02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode). 2. The Interlocutory Application has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to recall the order dated 24.02.2026 passed by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner contended that by the time the order was passed in the writ petition, the Petitioner had already joined. Therefore, the prayer has become infructuous as the final order dated 24.02.2026 was passed by disposing of the writ petition. Accordingly, the Petitioner has filed this interlocutory application to recall the order dated Page 2 of 2. 24.02.2025 passed in W.P.(C) No.6126 of 2026. 4. Since the grievance of the Petitioner has already been redressed and the Petitioner does not want to press the writ petition, this Court is of the view that no order is required to be passed in this interlocutory application. 5. Accordingly the I.A. stands disposed of. ( A.K. Mohapatra) Judge Debasis `
