Heard Mr. Rajeev Shrivastava, Sr. Advocate, along with Mr. Hemant Kesharwani, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Priyank Rathi, learned Govt. Advocate, appearing for the Respondent/State. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: “10.1) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issued suitable writ or writs/ order for quashed the impugned FIR dated 02.02.2026 (Annexure P-1) in Crime No. 179/2026 offence punishable U/s 196,296,299,302,351,352 of B.N.S. 2023 registered in Police Station Civil Line Bilaspur, District Bilaspur (C.G.). 10.2) Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 3. After arguing the matter at length, learned counsel appearing on 3 behalf of the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail of appropriate remedy available to him under law. 4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 6.
