Report submitted by the State reflects that the present petitioner has complied with the conditions imposed. Learned advocate for the de-facto complainant submits regarding the merits of the case and the consequences which arose because of act and actions of the accused and their associates. So far as the said issue is concerned the same was considered by the Coordinate Bench while granting bail on 17.01.2025. The post bail conduct of the petitioner is also not adverse as is reflected from the report submitted on behalf of the State. Having considered the same, I am of the view that this is not a fit case for cancelling the bail as the petitioner is already attending the concerned police station once in a fortnight pursuant to the conditions imposed while granting bail. Consequently, CRM (DB) 927 of 2025 is dismissed. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
