Venkateswara Rao ORDER This petition is filed to bring the 7th respondent herein on record as the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent Marimuthu by ranking him as the 7th respondent in the above Second Appeal in SA No.675 of 2014 on the file of this Court. 2. The other side has not seriously objected. Already, this Court condoned the delay and abatement caused due to the death of the second respondent. Since the seventh respondent is the legal heir of the second respondent, he is proper and necessary party and hence this petition is allowed. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to carry out the amendment by impleading him. 3.
