2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused, are alleged to have committed the theft of transformer oil and copper coil worth about Rs.3 lakhs, Hence, the case. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that A1 and A2 were already released on bail and the petitioner was arrested and still in judicial custody since 24.07.2026 and the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the Petitioner. 4. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the Respondent Police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that there are totally six accused in this case and that the petitioner along with other accused, are alleged to have committed the theft of transformer oil and copper coil worth about Rs.3 lakhs.. There are three similar nature of previous cases pending against this petitioner. The contraband were recovered from the petitioner. However, he opposed the grant of bail to the Petitioner. 5. Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent and the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner, and that the petitioner was arrested only on 24.07.2026, this Court does not find it a fit case to exercise its discretionary jurisdiction to enlarge the petitioner on bail since there is possibility of this petitioner absconding and indulging in similar kind of offences, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 7.
