Government Advocate ORDER The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 3 and 5 to consider the petitioner’s appeal dated 28.10.2025 and the representation dated 02.04.2026. 2. The case of the petitioner is that he preferred an appeal dated 28.10.2025 before the 3rd respondent and also submitted a representation dated 02.04.2026 to the 5th respondent pertaining to the property bearing Plot No.257, measuring about 1200 square feet, in Survey No.904 of Onnalvadi Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District. However, the same have not been considered till date. Aggrieved by the inaction on the part of respondents 3 and 5, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 31193 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 5 3. In response, Mr. Vineetha P.R., learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, submitted that the petitioner’s appeal dated 28.10.2025 and the representation dated 02.04.2026 would be considered by respondents 3 and 5, and appropriate orders would be passed thereon in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioner’s appeal dated 28.10.2025 and also directs the 5th respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 02.04.2026. The respondents 3 and 5 shall pass appropriate orders on the petitioner’s request on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and affording him an opportunity of personal hearing, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
