GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING 2 The Court made the following order: Heard Sri Devasri Roshan Kancharla, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance and Planning appearing for respondents. 2. The grievance of the petitioner in the instant writ petition is against the action of the respondents in withholding the amount of Rs.19,88,461/- (Rupees Nineteen Lakhs Eighty Eight Thousand Four Hundred and Sixty One only) even after finalizing the bills payable to the petitioner in relation to the supplies and civil works made by the petitioner to Dr. B.R.Ambedkar Gurukulam for Boys, Godi Village, Allavaram Mandal. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare placed before the Court a copy of the written remarks dated 16.06.2026 received from the 2nd respondent. A perusal of the same would reflect that the net amount payable to the petitioner is Rs.19,88,461/-. 4. Having regard to the above as Rs.19,88,461/- is an admitted amount, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondents to release the admitted bill amount of Rs.19,88,461/- to the petitioner within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3 5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
