CMP No.22646 of 2026 in CRP Sr No.114118 of 2026 P.B.BALAJI, J. This petition has been filed to accept the cause title. The petitioners are before this court, challenging the proceedings in O.S.No.45 of 2014 on the file of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Denkanikottai. According to the petitioners, despite being parties to the earlier litigation, pertaining to the very same properties, in the present suit, a decree has been obtained behind their back and hence, they have come forward with the present civil revision petition. As they were not parties to the said suit, this petition has been filed seeking accept the cause title. On going through the reasons set out in the memorandum of grounds I am satisfied that the petitioners have made out sufficient cause for accepting the cause title.
