Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 10.06.2026 before the respondents to rectify the Field measurement Book (FMB) Sketch by deleting the erroneous depiction of an extent of Ac.0.15 cents as a pathway on his land comprised in Survey No.96/3 measuring Ac.1.28.50 cents situated at Kalyani Village, Namakkal Taluk and to bring the FMB Sketch in Conformity with the Patta, Survey Records and other connected revenue records. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 10.06.2026 will be considered within a period of six weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5.
