High School, Atluru to Atluru Cross Roads (or any other unsuitable location) as illegal, arbitrary, malafide and unconstitutional, Violative of Principles of natural justice, contrary to law and Consequently, direct the respondents to retain and continue Polling Booth No.216 at the existing location i.e., Z.P.P. High School, Atluru for all ensuing elections or by- elections by duly considering my representation dated 19.06.2026 and pass such IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to retain and continue Polling Booth No.216 at the existing location i.e., Z.P.P. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition. 3. Permission, as sought for, is accorded. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
