The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to consider and dispose of his representation dated 17.08.2026 relating to Tender ID No.2026_MAWS_688935_1 and Tender Reference No.1453/2022/E1. The tender was issued for supply of breakfast to school students. 3. The petitioner states that he was technically qualified and his technical bid was accepted. However, the technical bid submitted by another bidder, namely, M/s. Kothari Industrial Corporation Limited, was also accepted, though, according to the petitioner, the said bidder does not satisfy the technical qualification requirements. Therefore, the petitioner has sought rejection of the said bidder’s technical bid. 4. The learned State Counsel, on instructions, submits that the petitioner’s representation will be considered in accordance with law within the time fixed by this Court. He further submits that the acceptance of the petitioner’s technical bid will also be considered. 5.
