No. 8 of 2026 __________ Page2 of 4 Prayer : Review Application filed under Order 47 Rule 1 read with Section 114 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to review the order dated 29.06.2026 passed in W.P.(Crl).No.858 of 2025, in so far as it proceeds on the erroneous assumption that the petitioners herein are the legal heirs of the deceased N.Sumathi and issues directions against them and consequently direct the impleadment of the necessary and proper parties, who are the actual legal representatives of the deceased in accordance with Section 15(1)(b) of the Hindu Succession Act,1956. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record. 3. Though the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners raised several grounds on merits, all the grounds raised by the petitioners are essentially an attempt to challenge the order passed by this Court. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court finds no reason to review the order dated 29.06.2026 passed by this Court in W.P.Crl.No.858 of 2025. 5.
