The present writ petition has been filed as a public interest litigation seeking a direction to the respondents to remove illegal encroachments from Prikrama Marg in Khatoni Khata Kram Sankhya 75 and to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 23.03.2026 made in this regard. 3. Learned Standing Counsel states that on the basis of complaint filed by the petitioner, the District Magistrate constituted a committee and based on the report of the committee the encroachments have been removed in presence of the petitioner on 23.05.2026. 4. As the said fact is not being disputed, therefore, no further direction is required to be issued in the instant petition except for the observation that the State 1 2026:UHC:4283-DB respondents shall ensure that the encroachments are not made on the said Prikrama Marg in future and for the said purpose requisite steps shall be taken. 5.
