No.921 of 2026 This interlocutory application has been filed for acceptance of vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos.5 to 11. 2. In view of the facts of this case, the instant interlocutory application is allowed. W.P.(C) No. 2558 of 2026 3. Heard, learned counsel for the parties. 4. By way of filing this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for the following reliefs:- That the Petitioner through the instant writ application prays for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for the quashing of the Order contained in Letter No. 780 dated 14.08.2025 passed by the District Sub Registrar Koderma (Annexure-7) and also quashing of the Order contained in Letter No. 1380 dated 21.07.2025 passed by the Circle Officer, Koderma (Annexure-8), Whereby and where under the District Sub - Registrar, Koderma has not ready to register the Sale Deed documents of the Petitioner on the basis of the Letter No. 1380 dated 21.07.2025 passed by the Circle Officer, Koderma, in which L.P.C. No. 649 dated 31.12.2024 has been suspended with immediate effect, wherein the Sale Deed Documents has been presented for registration before the District Sub Registrar, Koderma on dated 12.07.2025 for the land the Petitioner AND Further prays for directing and commanding upon the Respondents and specially may directed to the District Sub Registrar, Koderma (Respondent No. 3) to register the Sale Deed documents of the Petitioner, which is required for registration of transfer of land as such the Registration amount already been paid on dated 11.07.2025 as well as thumb Expression & Eye identification were taken by the Respondents Authority.” 5. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he is also claiming title over the land and there is Title Suit being O.S. No.97 of 2025 pending with regard to the land in question. 6. Considering the dispute of title between the parties, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition, exercising jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 7. Since the Title Suit has already been filed being O.S. No.97 of 2025 before the Civil Court, Koderma and the petitioner herein is a party to the aforesaid suit as the defendant, he should file his statement and proceed with the suit. The parties are directed to abide by the final judgment passed in the Title Suit. 8. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed.
